What happens after the 30-day free period?
Your Ultimate subscription will renew automatically for another 30 days (22 CHF/month*) unless you cancel the automatic renewal at zattoo.com/account.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription with a single click online at zattoo.com/account.
What are the minimum system requirements to use Zattoo?
We recommend a bandwidth of 50 Mbits/s with an Internet download speed of at least 5-8 Mbits/s for HD and Full HD streams.

How many simultaneous streams are possible?
With a Zattoo Ultimate account, up to 4 simultaneous streams are available. Restrictions apply to RTL and ProSieben broadcasts, among others. All restrictions are available at: https://support.zattoo.com/
Which payment methods are accepted?
We offer the following payment methods: Credit card (Mastercard & Visa), PayPal, TWINT, PostFinance eCard, PostFinance eFinance, direct debit.
How do I change my payment details?
If you want to update your payment method filed in your Zattoo account, you need to actively buy a new subscription for validation of the new payment method. Please visit our help page for more information.
*The Zattoo Ultimate subscription costs 0 CHF for the first 30 days (trial period) and renews monthly unless cancelled. After the trial period ends, Ultimate costs 22 CHF per month. To use Ultimate, you will need a compatible, internet-enabled device and a broadband internet connection, which may incur additional costs.
