What is Zattoo Home and where is it available?
Zattoo Home is a bundle consisting of 1Gbit fiber optic internet provided by Init7 and our Ultimate and Premium packages. The offer is available exclusively in Switzerland for new and existing customers.
How do I sign up for a Zattoo Home contract?
The offer is available directly on our website and on init7.net. To book via the Zattoo website, follow these steps:
1. Visit our Zattoo Shop.
2. Select Zattoo Home.
3. The next step is to check the availability of Zattoo Home in your region.
4. Once the check has been completed successfully, select your offer and enter all the necessary details.
5. If Zattoo Home is not available in your location, you can of course still book Premium or Ultimate.
6. Once the contract has been successfully concluded, you will receive an email from us with the most important details about your Zattoo account.
I am already a Zattoo customer—how can I switch to Zattoo Home?
If you already have a Zattoo account, you can upgrade to Zattoo Home at any time.
Book your upgrade to Zattoo Home on our website:
1. Log in to your Zattoo account on the web.
2. Click on Upgrade in the Zattoo menu on the left.
3. Select Zattoo Home.

5. After successful verification: Select your offer and enter all necessary data.
